1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing wrenchbotai.com, signing up for a Wrenchbot plan, or using any Wrenchbot service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

3.3 Billing
All subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Wrenchbot to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.

3.4 Price Changes
Wrenchbot reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to active clients. Price changes will not take effect until the following billing cycle after notice is provided.

4. Free Trials

4.1 Standard Plan Trials
Apprentice and Journeyman plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card or payment method is required to begin the free trial. The free trial begins when Wrenchbot sends the client’s activation email confirming that Wrenchy has been configured and is ready for use.

The free trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. To continue using Wrenchbot services after the free trial ends, you must complete the paid subscription checkout and provide a valid payment method.

If you do not begin a paid subscription after the free trial ends, Wrenchbot may pause, restrict, deactivate, or remove access to your Wrenchy assistant and related services.

Free trials are limited to one per customer, business, or location, unless otherwise approved by Wrenchbot.

4.2 Limited Promotional Offers
Promotional offers (such as 30-day free trials for early adopters) are subject to additional terms communicated at the time of the offer. No credit card is required unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.

Wrenchbot reserves the right to modify, deny, revoke, limit, or discontinue free trial offers at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, duplicate accounts, misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

5. Call Recording, Transcription, and Monitoring
Wrenchbot records incoming calls handled by Wrenchy and may generate transcripts for operational, quality assurance, and service improvement purposes.

By using Wrenchbot services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to forward calls to Wrenchbot and to comply with all applicable call recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction, including any laws requiring you to notify or obtain consent from callers before recording. Wrenchbot is not responsible for your compliance with such laws.

Calls and transcripts may be reviewed when necessary for troubleshooting, quality improvement, or protection of our systems.

Wrenchbot is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of any information provided by callers.

6. Data Handling and Third-Party Services
Wrenchbot relies on third-party infrastructure providers — including but not limited to RetellAI, Twilio, and Stripe — to process calls, recordings, and AI responses.

We do not sell customer or caller data.

Service performance may depend on third-party systems, and Wrenchbot is not responsible for outages, errors, or failures caused by those providers.

7. No Guarantees; Service Limitations
Wrenchbot services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that all calls will be answered or handled in a specific manner.

You acknowledge that Wrenchy may fail to answer or properly handle calls due to technical limitations, system errors, third-party failures, or other factors beyond our control.

Wrenchbot shall not be responsible for missed calls, lost leads, lost customers, or business outcomes resulting from your use of the service or from failures of third-party providers such as RetellAI or Twilio.

8. Account Suspension and Termination
Wrenchbot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse service to any account at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion and for any lawful reason.

This includes but is not limited to situations involving suspected abuse, non-payment, misuse of the service, excessive resource usage, or behavior that may negatively impact our systems or operations.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Upon cancellation after a paid billing cycle has begun, service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, payments are non-refundable. Partial or prorated refunds are not provided for unused time or cancellations made after a billing cycle has begun.

If Wrenchbot terminates your subscription without cause while your account is otherwise in good standing, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period at our sole discretion.

9. Force Majeure
Wrenchbot is not liable for delays or failures in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party infrastructure outages, telecommunications failures, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrenchbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed calls, lost leads, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use Wrenchbot services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Wrenchbot in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wrenchbot and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of Wrenchbot services, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to comply with applicable laws, including call recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of Wrenchbot services, your account, or billing shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable rules. The arbitration shall take place in Grant County, Kentucky, unless the parties agree to conduct it by telephone, video conference, or written submissions.

You and Wrenchbot agree that any dispute shall be brought only on an individual basis. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

You and Wrenchbot each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to have any dispute resolved in court, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court as described above.

If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Modifications to Terms
Wrenchbot may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version at wrenchbotai.com/terms-of-service or by providing notice to active clients. Continued use of Wrenchbot services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Grant County, Kentucky.
